Cyborg she review

Another romantic drama by the Japanese and as is always the case with such films, fresh and entertaining from the usual Hollywood fare. Also known as "My girlfriend is a cyborg" or Cyborg girl" this movie is well rounded: read film that will appeal to both sexes, futuristic, funny, action in places and a damn good romance added for good measure. Some viewers might find the pacing a bit slow but it doesn’t make for a “grab the remote” moments and keeps you well and truly intrigued. Although you do get the warm fuzzy feeling while watching...it does not last because of the melodramatic nature of Japanese romance. I really loved this movie and if I were to describe it to someone I would say that it was like Cameron’s “terminator” but as a love story. Yes, most of the ideas are pretty far-fetched and unbelievable but can be forgiven as it adds to the story. As this was directed and written by a Korean, you should expect a very human story and just to remind you folks; it is kind of a sad film. A futuristic romantic comedy that am sure will be a classic so grab your partner/friend and go see it.
